What do I need to get started once I buy the program?

We've made The Raw Food Challenge so simple for you.

All you need is a blender and a few trips to the grocery store. Everything else is laid out for you, step-by-step.

If you don't have a blender, chances are a friend has one that would be willing to let you borrow. (It's probably collecting dust in the cabinet!

 

Do I have to see my doctor before I get started on The Raw Food Challenge?

If you have any pre-exisiting condition, it would be a good idea to consult with your physician. While most people can handle this type of program, some with certain circumstances may not be able to.

 

This all sounds great, but will I be eating rabbit food the whole time?
