While we do not answer health questions on a one-on-one basis, we will do our best to submit your question to the most qualified person – whether we do this on a show or during a teleconference or interview. When will I receive my order?

Typically, you can expect to receive your Renegade Health shipment within 7-10 business days of placing your order. However, if you purchase a product during its pre-launch phase, it will not be shipped until the listed date of availability. If a product that you purchased is on backorder, you will receive a notification via email, stating when you can expect to receive it at your door. We ship all of our products via USPS.
I would like to request a refund.

We're sorry there is a problem with your order. While Renegade Health stands behind each and every one of its products, we always offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your purchase. In order for us to process your refund request, you must first contact us and get a call tag from our shipping center. Please include your invoice, along with a note as to why you are returning the product. Once you get the call tag, please send the product back and as soon as we receive your return, we will refund your credit card within 48 hours. Please allow up to 30 days to see the refund reflected on your billing statement.
If you would like a refund for a product that you have downloaded, such as an ebook or mp3, please click here. Then, select 'I would like to request a refund.' and click OK. On the next screen, include in the Message box your full name, order/invoice number, the last 4 digits of your credit card, and the reason you would like a refund. Once you hit OK, someone on The Renegade Help Team will issue a refund to your credit card within 48 hours. Please allow up to 30 days to see the refund reflected on your billing statement.

What is the difference between the Gold and Platinum Inner Circle plans?

Why is there a recurring charge on my credit card for $9.97?

At some point you either signed up for the Inner Circle or purchased a product that came with an Inner Circle membership. In the latter case, we ALWAYS disclose in 'large print' that a membership is included with the product. The first 30 days of all Inner Circle memberships are FREE. At the end of the trial period, members are billed a recurring fee of $9.97 (which is charged to the member's billing credit card every 30 days). This charge ensures that we can provide members with a wealth of knowledge and services, including archived interviews with renowned health experts; weekly, live chats with Kevin and Annmarie themselves; and much, much more.

If you've tried the Inner Circle and feel that this online forum of over 1200 people is not suited for you, then we will, of course, cancel your membership - no questions asked. What is your Inner Circle membership cancellation policy?

You can cancel your Inner Circle membership at any time - no questions asked! Once we receive your cancellation request, it will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. While you will no longer be billed $9.97 per month, your membership will continue to be active until the end of your current billing cycle. At the end of your billing cycle, your membership will be terminated. Until that date occurs, please continue to enjoy access to the Inner Circle!

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
- Unsubscribing or changing your subscribe options is easy! Open the newsletter from which you'd like to unsubscribe and click on the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the page. Follow the prompts on the next screen. Please allow a few days for the change to take effect.
If you are still receiving emails after this short period of time, please click here. Then, select 'I would like to unsubscribe from your newsletter' and click the OK button. On the next screen, in the message box include your name and the email address that you'd like to have removed from our mailing list. Click the OK button...and that's it! You're unsubscribed.
I am receiving duplicate emails from Renegade Health. How do I stop one of them from reaching my inbox?
- Open one of the duplicate emails from which you'd like to unsubscribe and click on the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the page. Follow the prompts on the next screen. Please allow a few days for the change to take effect.
If you are still receiving multiple emails after this short period of time, please click here. Then, select 'I am receiving duplicate emails from Renegade Health.' and click the OK button. On the next screen, in the message box include your name and the email address that you'd like to have removed from our mailing list. Click the OK button. We'll make sure that only one email from us arrives in your inbox.
There is no sound when I watch a video or listen to an interview.
- There are several reasons why there might not be any sound. Here are some troubleshooting tips:
- Try reloading the page.
- Re-start your browser, or try a different browser.
- Try a fresh re-start of your computer.
- Make sure you have the most up-to-date Flash player downloaded on your computer. Click here to download Adobe Flash Player now.
- Try adjusting the volume on your computer by clicking on the small sound icon, which is most likely located at the bottom right hand corner of your screen (on a PC). Make sure the 'mute' box is unchecked and that the sound volume slider is mid-way or higher.
- Try adjusting the volume on the video player in your browser. Roll your mouse over the speaker icon and move the slider up accordingly.
- If you have external speakers, make sure they are connected properly.
- There could be an issue with corrupt or missing sound drivers, compatibility issues with the operating system and/or other hardware, or bad or missing sound cards. If conflicts exists with your sound card and/or other devices installed in your computer, it is likely that either the drivers are not properly installed for that device and/or the sound card and/or other devices are conflicting. If you open the properties of the device that is conflicting and view the properties, additional details about the conflict can be found. For more specific instructions on how to solve any of these possible issues, please perform an internet search, using terms like 'no sound on computer'.
I am having trouble viewing the videos.
- There are several reasons why there might be a problem. Here are some troubleshooting tips:
