To get you geared up for the start of this fantastic event, I’ve included a fantastic video with Dr. J. E. Williams (one of the participants of the event)…
In this two part video, he shares some of his knowledge learned by working with indigenous people over the last 40 years.
In these interviews he’ll share:
- Why native people lived into their 90′s and 100′s.
- Three other factors that determine longevity (chances are you aren’t doing all of them!)
- Why these native people have no incidence of cancer, heart disease or other Western disease.
- And more!
Take a look below and be sure to comment and tell us what you think:
Why Natives Lived into Their 90′s and 100′s and Beyond (Part 1)
Why Natives Lived into Their 90′s and 100′s and Beyond (Part 2)

very cool – I have long suggested that local organic foods, being naturally adapted to the local conditions should be the healthiest for whoever lives there excluding historically recent migrations.
Just beautiful, sense at last! One of my biggest griefs is that we forgot or lost all these things he’s talking about, and one of my greatest joys is that people are starting to figure that out and go to remembering it …I look forward to hearing more, Dr Williams is very easy on the ear too.
The videos aren’t playing for me. Is the site working for anyone else?
I believe Matt Stone of 180 Degree Health would be a great addition to the panel.
Cheers!
Very interesting information, but leaving much room for interpretation. Do the natives really live longer on average than people in civilized societies?
If this is the case, all of the advance in increasing the average life span in the civilized part of the world isn’t real any advance, but only decrease in prior stronger deterioration. Is it really that way?
Very interesting comment Klaudius. So is it all for nothing??????
The native societies that eat mostly plant material tend to live a rather long time.
I come from Romania. My grandparents vere healthy people till the end, and very active, working the land, waking up at 5 to milk the cows, feed the many animals and they had a hard life, had fought in wars.Their faces were not just skin and bones, they had beautiful cheeks till very late. That is vibrant health to me. When I look around at the civilised world, people loose tehir cheecks quite young, the old go in taxis to hospitals for treatments. I don’t undersatnd how people can say we live longer now than before.
Very convincing – just,… hard to practise for most of us in today’s world…
cool i can’t wait for this event
wholesomehealth4life.co.cc
This is amazing! I have purposely chosen to live in a rural community. This community espouses this sense of spirit and relationship that he speaks of. I knew it was good for me, I just did not know why.
I have observed similar things in other societies around the world . So our western concept that we are the healthiest man has ever been is far from the truth. The Moral of the Story here is stay close to nature and have a happy long life. Try to rewrite the laws of nature and you will experience discord in all its forms.
Dr. Williams’ work really seems to back up the work of Dr. Weston A. Price from the 1930′s & 40′s. He found 14 indigenous groups of people around the world who were living on their native diets. All diets were very different but all the people were very healthy and strong, with perfect teeth and facial structure, and free from modern disease.
I do not believe that we are the healthiest that man has ever been, I believe that we are the weakest we have ever been.
Very interesting! Unfortunately, we are doing a very good job of killing ourselves and the planet due to all the chemicals we are exposed to, whereas the indigenous people discussed in the video are living a healthy, natural lifestyle free of chemicals. Too late for people my age (52) but great heads up for parents of the future on how to raise their children. Get out of the cities and back to the land!
I would suggest Dr Joseph Mercola (drmercola.com) as a participant in this discussion. I think a debate between Dr Cousens (Vegan) and Dr Mercola (Carnivore) would be very interesting…!
Interesting, but they have to die from something, not just old age. Something has to eventuall take them out. I agree with Elle, a debate with Gabriel Cousens and Dr. Mercola would go off!
I had the exact same thought as Chris. I did not think that people could just die of old age, I thought that old age just make us more vulnerable to the different causes of death. Would dying of old age mean that everyone goes to bed one night perfectly healthy and does not wake up?
I have use raw food diets and fasting to help patients recover from illness created by processed foods and sedentary lifestyle and promote the raw food lifestyle. I was born in a remote part of France and when I visit the cemetery in my village I notice that most people died in their 90′s. The issue about diet only arises now because of globalization, urbanization and lost of the rural lifestyle where people had the power to feed themselves and lived in self sustaining communities. They ate what they produced and help each others to harvest the wheat, corn grape, hay…They were singing and playing at harvest time and work, although hard, was a celebration.
We have evolved into a civilization of depressed and anxious people dependent on money to survive and cheap food provided by company only interested in profit.
This needs to change!
Well said!!!!
“Money as the metric of happiness and the hypocrisy it takes to get enough of it to like yourself will be the death of this civilization.”
Interesting Steve, did you know the Bible says of money
” the love of money is the root of all sort’s of injurious things and by reaching out for this love
some have been led astray from the faith
and have stabbed themselves with many pains I Timothy 6:10
Very well said! And thank you FOR saying it. It’s interesting that in your village too most of the people died in their 90s as well.
Very very interesting and makes all the sense. So what about us? Not only modernization is the “culprit” in cutting us off our “natural” environment, most of us westerners have complex mixed ancestors’ genes. How can we find out which kind of environment and the correspondent food source is better for us?
I found good health with the blood type diet, which I have been practicing for about ten years and I am always surprised that it is hardly ever mentioned in all this debates, while it pretty much confirms most of the new d”discoveries” (ex: the meat /no meat debate is very well clarified by the blood type, and, in my personal experience, it works. Can’t wait to see the rest of the debate. I agree on inviting Dr. Mercola and would like to add Dr. D’Adamo too.
Enjoyable, a bit slow, but interesting. I am 77 & fully believe in natural cures, do not follow the food guides, as I believe we are each unique & one form DOES NOT fit us all. I have no cholesterol, take no prescriptions, & have overcome gall bladder disease, arthritis, hypothyroidism, potential diabetes & a host of other ails with the help of a Naturopath. Do not eat junk food & prepare all my own food from scratch. Next I am returning to having my own garden.
I met some Inuit people from the far north. I have never seen such radiance and laughter. In the name of so-called progress we are regressing into a shadow of what we could be, in all aspects of ourselves, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. We have to remember how to shine again, how to smile again.
Yes a great reminder, we have simply strayed too far from nature and Mother Earth.
Dr. Bernard Jensen the well known Nutritionist and Iridologist also used to say, look outside your doorstep, no matter where you live, and your health remedy will be there. Our herbs have been labeled weeds and killed instead of honored and consumed.
Great work Kevin, this is going to be one fantastic week of debates.
I look forward to it and thank-you for your effort.
PS Oh, and I’m sure all the “grounding” the natives had daily with the earth contributed to their health, and lack of autoimmune diseases too.
I really enjoyed the ending of the video, community, unity, Spirituality.
Have you considered or asked John McDougall MD if he would like to participate? He has never been one to shy away from a spirited exchange of differing points of view. In fact when he had his radio show (and for all I know he still does??) he would routinely invite guest experts in order to question and even challenge them to support their held opinions
This just confims that natural organic foods are by far the best. I am 73 and am very fit , living on a diet of organic fruit and veg and filtered water (not bottled). I have a green smoothie every morning and a fruit smoothie at lunch but have a hot meal in the evening. As a vegetarian but not entirely raw foodie I do grow and juice wheatgrass and have found this to be a great healer.
That just goes to show you that all vegan or all meat is not bad for you. Its the pure food at its unadultered state thats important. Also, most if not all of them have never had a vaccine which are manufactured to destroy you. Thats why I believe my father in law who just turned 90 and can run circles around us is so healthy. He grew up on organic and grass fed beef and little to no vaccines back then. He has never taken a supplement in his life. It’s almost impossible now to find pure food and if you do there are not enough vitamins and mineral in them now as in the past. The soil is depleted.
Being a Weston A. Price Chapter Leader, I totally agree with what Dr. J. E. Williams is talking about. Let’s get the word out!
Weston Price? You’re kidding right?
Great information, and though it sounds new, it is not. Dr. Weston A. Price wrote about it about 80 years ago in Nutrition and Physical Degeneration. I am so glad it’s catching on. Thank you gentlemen.
Dr. Williams said that there is no osteoporosis among the eskimos. I have read from other respected sources that they have a high incidence of osteoporosis due to their protein-rich diet. Many studies show a negative calcium balance and bone loss when dietary protein is high.
I read about this as well. Also, I had read that eskimos in thier 40′s are generally old aged.. I wish he could have sourced some of his claims to scientific data instead of just assuming he is correct in his thoughts. Did he actually test the Dna to see if the ages were correct? They don’t exactly have birth certificates so how does he really know how old they are?
This is data from eskimos who no longer fit the citeria J.E. Williams described-untouched by westernization. Unfotunately, the majority of modern native cultures no longer fit this criteria and they suffer greatly because of this.
What is said is true. In the early 1980′s, I had what probably was Gallbladder problems. The Chiropractor put me on a diet of fruits and vegetables. I ate hardly any meat except for, occasionally, the meat from soup bones. That diet included not eating wheat products.
After a year of eating that way, my skin had no cellulite, my weight was stabilized (I wasn’t overweight), my skin was better and … this is the truth … I took off my glasses as I could see without them.
The one thing wrong with that diet is that I was hungry a lot. I controlled my hunger by will-power. I’d eat a fruit to try and satisfy my hunger and it truly was delicious.
A vegetarian friend told me that I was hungry because I lacked protein and she takes protein pills.
The pressures from my family saying that I didn’t know what I was doing got to me and I got back into eating everything that I didn’t eat.
Within two years, I not only went back to glasses … I got bifocals. Now I’m wearing tri-focals.
I’ve been looking for good guidance in being able to eat … AND BE SATISFIED … with primarily plant-based food; however, I have not been successful.
The biggest problem in having a plant-based diet is the lack of general support from family and friends. Most all people eat the same and some think they eat healthy; however, they do not.
Changing friends and family is not an option. Having support, though, is vital. Merely because a small handfull can withstand the personal and social pressures doesn’t mean everyone can and one is inhumane and unrealistic if one thinks mutual support is not important.
G’day Rebecca. Have you heard of 811rv?
It sounds like you would benefit from eating the way Dr Doug Graham recommends. It is mostly fruit with some veg and a small amount of nuts and seeds. To prevent hunger, as you had problems with, he explains why it is necessary to eat way more fruit in a meal than other people usually recommend. There is an FAQ page on his site and interviews with other people.
http://foodnsport.com/faq.html
People do so well and have so much energy eating the way he recommends that heaps of athletes are doing it. You can read about them on his site. Many people have healed illnesses after accepting his advice.
Here he is at the age of 57 after eating mostly fruit for 25 years – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vzk-jh1eemI
I think ONLY some of them live to be a hundred; the majority die younger. Too much protein diet
My family lived for 3 generations among the Congolese. While our tribe had contact with the Westerners, there were the pigmys who lived deep in the jungle and avoided contact. They were incredibly hardy, and very fit. They carried huge loads, and could go long distances. But, they were not that long lived and they suffered from parasitic diseases – malaria, bilharzia, filariasis, sleeping sickness, leprosy. They practiced slash & burn agriculture (clear/plant/move on) because their lower population numbers allowed them to. Infant mortality was high, hence only the really fit survived. And, they lived in real fear of the local witch doctor (shaman) from whom curses could be purchased if your neighbor had an affair with your wife, etc.
Beautiful example of how living with nature and spirit make for good health. A big awakening that maybe it is not what we eat but what we do to it before we eat it.
How beautiful to learn how their bodies were nourished no matter what they ate as long as it was natural. His love for them really came thru.
I want to learn more about these peoples intestinal flora and how they received their probiotics.
Interesting point by Trish about the Pigmys and life in the Congo of Africa. I’m glad she pointed that out. The speaker in the video was speaking of people on the American continents. Just wondering if that has anything to do with the vast differences spoken of or if there is another reason. Perhaps it was the idea about “contact” with “civilization,” so to speak, that made the difference.
In trying to make application to my own life I’m thinking that my previous approach that it is ALL about the food is not completely accurate. It seems that the exercise, the spirit, participation in community, and also, as someone here mentioned, the “grounding” (being in TOUCH with the ground) are more major contributors to personal health than simply the food.
I do believe that our spiritual side has to be nurtured and accepted. Being a Christian, to me, this means putting myself in my place beneath a loving God and being thankful for His blessings. I have done this more and more in recent years (I’m 61) and do know that it makes a big difference in my life. God and church community are very important to sanity and health along with diet and exercise.
I thought the comment that we, as westerners with our “scientific,” “separated” or “departmentalized” thinking are always “out on a limb” was real food for thought. Looking forward to the debate!!
I went back and read Trish’s comment again and thought that maybe the fear they lived under from the curses and such made a difference and the fact that they were doing slash and burn and move on is why they suffered from the infestations. Just wondering.
Call me a skeptic.
This man says they live until 95 or 105. Aboriginees don’t have birth certs. How can he tell?
They have zero cancer and zero heart disease? Did he cut open their dead bodies to figure this out? If not, how does he know that?
High protein diets lead to osteoporosis, like the fish diets of the Inuits (Eskimos). Inuits suffer from osteoporosis. This is true according to Dr. Klaper and Dr. McDougall.
I believe in the High Carb, Low Fat, Low Protein diet. I am still waiting for anyone to present convincing evidence that one can be healthy on any other diet. True, highly nutritious diets can limit some of the damage caused by high fat or high protein but not enough to ensure longevity.
Gregg
The ‘tao of health’ concept – living as one with your environment – is an attractive notion. The vague, unsupported claims of some mythical community that lives free of cancer, heart disease, infection, etc “to the age of 95 to 105″ – then die of “old age” (a COD no longer used by anyone with an inkling of medical/scientific background) amount in the end, hwvr, to mere drivel…
Teh comments on the video were very interesting. Especially the comment about the separation of church and state made by ingodly people. We need more faith and to listen to God more and do his commandments. Taking prayer out of schools was a huge mystake! More paying attention to God (prayer) would help all of us.
It was a journey to listen to your videos about the indigenous people.
Could you tell us more?
Strange that the believers in the current high-carb, low-fat diet regime are so skeptic about the research of Weston Price, Dr Williams e t c which again and again has shown how the health of native people all over the world gets transformed from healthy to unhealthy as soon as they’re transforming their diet to the grain, sugar, processed food diet of the “developed” world.
Shouldn’t they instead be skeptical against their own diet which obviously failed fatally and rendered generations plagued by modern diseases like cancer, diabetes, alzheimer and a range of cardiovascular problems?
I’m for one would like to see evidence of the goodness of the low-fat, high-carb diet… but we know that that will probably never come. Who needs evidence when you got money, power and the support of the government?
I suggest viewing Dr. John McDougall’s talk or reading his book, “The Starch Solution.” Humans evolved to eat high starch tubers like potatoes.
Iam absolutely convinced that ORGANIC is the ONLy food to eat. I filter my water and I grow and juice wheatgrass as well as growing and eating sprouted seeds. I am amazed at the difference this has made to me. I had loads of liver spots on my hands but since i started wheatgrass juicing they have VANISHED, I am astounded at this and am certainly on the right track to a really healthy old age. I am 73.
Leucine, found in oats, peanuts, soy, almonds, beans, lentils, chickpeas, corn rice.
How do you recommend water storage? Is reverse osmosis a good way to filter? If one does vortex by hand, how long is enough? What is the best way to vortex water?
I think that it is useless to look at diferent cultures in order to find the best diet. let the truth speack for itself,by the fact that no other animal cook their food, and that there was no fire makers when we first appear on this planet, meaning that our body was made to be maintained by raw materials, and our digestive sistem clearly shows that we are not scavengers, like meat eaters, and I am sure that any one that can believe on eating raw or cooked meat, is very far away from their instintive guidance.
I am known as a dictator for disagreing with having a choice to eat meat or not, however,I know for sure that kiling around a bilion of inocent animals a day for people to satisfy their addicted tast buds, is the most horrible and criminal form of dictatorship ever. Our choice is part of our freedom, and our freedom stops were the freedom of all other beings starts. Animals need protection from viciously addicted meat eaters that hide
behind any excuse to prove their weakness.
Meat eating and cooked food, have since the very beginning led the self labeled human race to a transitional degenerating karmic marathon to todays easilly visible negative karma, as balance is demanding change or else… Nature is God is dictator, for if you do not folluw the rules, there is an automatic panishment for you delivered by balance, which is the Eternal Infinite inteligent Spirit of all in relation to each specie, and this inteligence is instint,it is eternal, because we always born again with it, in spite of our parents and civilizations programing since childwood to be the great and supper inteligent sick human slave, that is totally out of touch with his true nature, and what he/she is here for….It seems like most of us like to believe that our nature made us imperfect, and that we know better,so we call inteligence to building a destructive polluting machine, and the poisoning of life all around us, while relaying on an ilusionary God to fix things for us, but of course, this is the kind of inteligence that is loaded with the karmic affects that come with cooking, and enslave and murdering animals to eat, when we should not, to say nothing about killing them for fun.
It is obvious that there is a big love emptiness on the human fabric.
Sorry if I made you apset, but I am tired of seeing so much human misery and cruelty in every direction, for example on our last century: 100,000.000 killed just in war, and I better stop here because the positives will not balance with negatives, and many people think that they dont need to see the negatives so as to turn them into positives.
Have you ever notice the beautifull existence of a gorila? Did you know that they prefere to live just on fruit when they have a chance? You would never see a gorila cooking any food, or sucking on a cows tity for milk,or eating a peace of meat, cooked or raw. Yet they have such amazing health and strengts, and they maintain hair all over their bodys while we with our protein obsecion can hardly keep the hair on our heads.
Really! What is inteligence? A slavish reprograming from the one nature intended for us? Definitely not.
My intuition tells me that soon we all shall be free from the chains of the so called civiliztion and put back in the hands of our true nature God, It’s not mother nature?
It’s Godheshe Nature. It is real love!
My friend and neighbor is diabetic and she cannot eat low carbohydrates. It raises her blood sugar when she eats a high protein/low carbohydrate diet.
LOVE THIS!!!!!! So respect both of these people! Great information and education! Thank you Kevin for putting this together!
Raw eggs contain avidin, a vitamin B7 or biotin inhibitor, which can cause “egg white injury”. As many as 24 egg whites would have to be eaten to inactivate biotin. Avidin is denatured by heat
Good to hear these two speaking with each other and having so much agreement.
I think the reason that the iron doesn’t build up in a person’s body when using a whole food such as chlorella and/or spirulina is that it is a “whole food supplement” it doesn’t build up in the system when taking the appropriate amounts. Unless of course you have a medical condition in which your body doesn’t utilize iron and it stores and stores.
In this first health debate session, spring water from the source is recommended for our drinking water, stored in a glass bottle.
What do you think of using rain water for drinking water?
http://www.metaefficient.com/rain-water-harvesting/producing-drinking-water-from-rain-water.html
I use rainwater – filtered through a Brita filter to remove the roof sediments – for drinking.
I may be getting some undesireable compounds, but it tastes far better than tap water and does not come with halides.
As someone who is fighting a slow metabolism, that is very important to me.
Thanks – it is so needed to have this information available right now. There has been so much focus on allopathic medicine, and it’s great to hear the other side of the story.
Hugs and laughter – Ejvind
I am listening to the Cousens/Mercola debate – and wish it was actually provided in smaller ‘bites’, of perhaps half an hour each.
It seems that they are in agreement on a great many things.
But very different ideas on how much protein is enough.
Raw whole eggs? This will cause MAJOR health problems related to biotin deficiency. Avidin is an egg-white protein that binds biotin and decreases the bioavailability of the vitamin.
This is a very interesting topic. In trying to cure my own systemic candida problem, I went on a recommended “health” diet where it was said to eat high fat and protien. I ate some vegetables too, but mainly meats and fat. (which I didn’t like very much, but wanted to cure my candida problem, so I did it). For me, this diet ended up giving my kidney stones TWICE!(a couple months apart) Something I have never had before, so I attribute it to the high protien/fat diet. I have since switched to a low fat high carb diet and am doing much, much better. Lots of fruits and greens. I am detoxing like crazy and so far no more kidney stones. I am wondering if genetics play a roll in what our individual bodies need? Because we certainly DO seem be different.
Hello,
Excellent debate! I have two questions:
What exactly is the carnisine supplement that Dr Cousins mentioned?
Why is chlorella not grown & marketed in the US?
What about eating raw egg yolks instead of the whole egg?
Thank You!
Karaina
I Do not have the answer for Karaina..Sorry!
But speaking to everyone, I like to say that with all the complicated scientific names of everythings,we are being just as complicated as the medical system, and with such lack of simplicity, hou can we ever find it within ourselfs? Obviously science is taking the space of intuition, and I doubt that we can ever live in paradise with a big library behind us,and all the supplements as well.
As for our agenda? Can we be more, or lesss spiritual?Or do we give some room to spiritual guidance, but the management to science? Is our spirit to be used by required portions? and is it how we respect our selfs? are we not our spirit? and being so,what has science to do with it? So far Science is not to be trusted, not just by its gessing mistakes, but by the poisonous polution it have been causing. It seems to me that everybody wants to believe on science
and forget about their own kingdown of heaven within. I say science is the evil that is trying to replace Gods simplicity.
Simplicity is the key!
Do any body believe that there is a choice to be spiritual or not? And what are we away from our spirit? well, we are todays society of course!
Sorry if I sounded a little sarcastic, I did not mean to be.
Modern civilization has lost intutive intelligence..and health has become very complicated for us today..
Has Dr. J. E. Williams studied pure vegetarian natives? If not, Janism advocates pure vegetarinism.
There are clinics in Poland based on a high fat, moderate protein, low carb diet. The diet is called The Optimal Diet and has been used to heal many people over the last 30 some years. It was started by and is still run by Jan Kwasniewske, MD. He is now 73 years old and in excellent health. Check it out, if you are interested.

Survivalinternational.org has amazing videos of natural tribes from all over the world.
You can see the natural foods in their baskets and in the forests around their homes.
While I’m not sure if this is due to modernization of Inuit cultures, but according to Stats Canada, Inuit live on average 10 years less than the average Canadian who live on the SAD. I tend not to believe this speaker though that they can consume large amounts of meat without any adverse effects to their health or life expectancy.
Source:
http://www.statcan.gc.ca/daily-quotidien/080123/dq080123d-eng.htm
After viewing night two with Dr. Fuhrman, his website says this about the life expectancy of the Inuit:
http://www.diseaseproof.com/archives/diet-myths-are-the-inuit-healthy.html
Doesn’t look good for them or those who eat a lot of meat in general…
Great– Thanks Where do we get this pure, clean , unadulterated water that we should drink? Each speaker alludes to this but does not go into detail about the source. It is important!!!
I remember when Columbus and these invaders from Europe arrived in the Americas, many of the tribes living harmoniously died from their diseases in such large amounts, it made the Black Plague look like a joke. I am curious, shouldn’t we make ourselves adaptable to dominating environment we are living in? There is no place for isolation in this planet anymore, because even those small isolated tribes are finding it hard to be isolated. What do we do with this dilemma of those who want to live harmoniously in a world that is the opposite of that?
Dr Williams & Dr Goldhamer were both very interesting speakers. Interesting to see how moving away from the natural diet of your origins can get you into so much trouble health wise. Dr Goldhamer made a whole lot of sense also. Radical Healing based on conscious diet and fasting are foundation principles of good health. Dr Goldhamer is right about emotion and motivation. If you want to live, if life is worth living you can make that conscious choice to change how you eat, exercise and sleep. You have to find a reason to want to live. I work in an allied field aged care and disability and it astounds me every day the myriad number of ways that disease of the body and mind can talk hold. I am seeing the connection of dietary excess and that is the motivation I need. I see it in myself as well. Plant based whole foods, exercise and sleeep. Omit the oils, sugars and salt. Sounds simple enough. I think I will be reading onthe material Dr Goldhamer recommended and checking out his website Thanks Kevin for putting all of this together. I needed this debate very much
The speakers I have really enjoyed so far and will follow up further are Mercola, Gabriel Cousens, Donna Gates, David Wolfe, Dr Williams and Dr Goldhamer. I really like their frankness and insights.
Yet, I found the frankest of them all to be Dr. Young and yet you didn’t put him on your list?
with the way we all live in the fast passed of today and the pollutants it is sad to see more and more lives being corrupted or even entire tribes disappear due to our selfishness. That is the bottom line, we make excuses to do and get what we want and create theories and “scientific proof” to show why we should get to do what we want no matter how evil it is.
I wish i could find a tribe to integrate into, when I was a kid I used to run off into the forest behind our home,(there was 6thousand acres of it) and I would eat the berries and wild greens and enjoy the peace it has and the love of the spirit and the freedom that I felt being deep in the woods, and I learned so much there that I wish I could move into a place that allowed that and leave this corrupted modern world with hate and lies and disease and pollution and selfishness. I loved his words and loved to hear that people are still free today, Don’t get me wrong I do love life but life in there is just so much more peaceful and free. I don’t know how to describe it I guess, it just feels great. These people I think live so long because of the religious beliefs and not a need to separate religion from the other parts so they ARE accountable for their actions were today we separate things and allow the spirit to rot were they allow the spirit to grow.
In a research done about 10 years ago, those who lived the longest were those that believed in a higher power of religion. and in those there were two churches that people lived the longest in, and in those two religions they are more veg based with small amounts of meat sparingly. so yes religion makes a great difference. It is what you eat, who you are, attitude, love, community, and it should be, because it is you, it should be like the ancients an aspect of all your life, not just a place to go on Sunday.
joy, spring water strait from the ground is great, you can ask your local town office or locals in the area if they know of any in your area of fresh springs from the ground, the rock helps to purify it and adds great source of minerals, that is one problem with people today drinking distilled or purified water you need mineralized water (we need those minerals) not the other type of bottled waters.
I have a spring about 30 min from our home, I asked a neighbour if he know of any spring near by and he did, and we fill bottles with it each month, it is such a different taste and I noticed that I feel better and really the taste is not even close to the other purchased or tap. Every place we move we drink spring water, sometimes it is a hunt to get someone in the area who knows of a place but we get spring or even a stream off a mountain.
Hope this helps you out. take care.
