For Affiliates: Welcome to the Healing Cancer World Summit! Spread the Message of Great Health and Be Rewarded Too…

First off, I want to thank you so much for your interest and I hope you will join our team to help spread the word about this amazing program. It’s going to change lives, I’m sure of it.

I wanted to get some important details together for you, so you can use this post and this affiliate blog portal as a hub for everything you need as an affiliate.

1. First off, to know you’re supported… Our incredible team member Lisa Miller will be handling many of your questions along the way. You can contact her at any time by email here: lisa *at* renegadehealth [dot] com She’ll be your lifeline if you have any questions about promotions, links, where you are on the leader board or whatever else you can come up with. She’ll also be sending you communications about how the launch is going.

2. What type of launch is this anyway? I probably should have started with that! The “Healing Cancer World Summit” is a unique online event that features some of the most important and cutting edge information on natural and integrative cancer protocols.

This will likely be the online event of the year in the health world (yes, topping the “Great Health Debate”), so we’re thrilled to have your support!

This is the 8th event of this kind that we’ve done and we’re becoming pretty good at making it work for you! We’ve had 100′s of thousands of people sign up for these events and we’ve paid out a very significant amount of affiliate money over the years.

3. Affiliate Commissions and Launch Structure. Since this is an affiliate based launch, we will be giving commissions for sales. Now I need to be clear, spreading this information is NOT about the money for me and I hope it’s secondary to you as well. If it’s not, we probably won’t get along.

The purpose of being an affiliate, I feel, is to share great programs and ideas that really help people as if you created them yourself – this way you get paid for other people’s hard work and knowledge.

So that being said, let me break down the details for you:

- The Healing Cancer World Summit is a free online event. (I’ll get to the commissions in a minute!)

- Each call will be available for 24 hours at no cost. Afterwords, if a listener wants the call they can choose to “upgrade” and get a package of all the calls during the event.

- This Upgrade package will be $49.95 for digital and $149.95 for print.

- Your commission on that upgrade package will be 50% or $24.98. For the print version it will be 30% gross which is $47.95.

- As of now the promotion is converting at $.49 a click and will increase as these always do toward closeout.

5. How to get your links / Do you have emails and copy ready to go? To get your links, you have to log in to the affiliate portal: click here! We have copy written and ready for you in a few mouse clicks! Here’s the process to get your links:

- Log in to the affiliate portal here: click here

- Click on “Links and Tools” in the top navigation bar.

- Use the dropdown menu to find “Affiliate E-Programs” and click “Display Links”

- Scroll down to find your Healing Cancer Summit links and emails. We have short and long copy pieces, as well as emails that have more of a personal or non-personal spin.

- That’s it! Be sure to personalize these emails to fit your own audience, you’ll do better as an affiliate if you do so. Plus your audience wants to hear from you, not me.

6. When should I promote / What is the launch schedule? Great question! You can start your promotion on or after October 4th, 2011. We’ll send you an email for when it’s OK to start promoting then. This pre-launch period will go until October 25th, 2011 when the event starts.

The best way to promote is to send 3-4 promotions in the three weeks prior to the start of the event, then send one or two final announcements in the 2-3 days leading up to the start of the event. These would go out on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, and 24th of October.

We’ll keep you posted as the launch goes on and provide you with new copy for these last days.

Also, keep in mind, we’ll be converting your leads throughout the event and at the final event closeout. This will help you make more sales without having to promote 1000 times – though 3 or 4 is helpful!

So to recap:

- You can start sending emails on October 4th.

- Send 2, 3, 4 or as many as you like.

- Be sure to send one or two close to the start date of the event on 21st, 22nd, 23rd, or 24th of October.

7. Facebook and Twitter. I expect this event to catch fire on the social networks because of it’s nature. Please help us spread the word by using your affiliate links on these networks. Just one or two posts could stoke it just enough for it to light up.

8. What system are we using? We are using 1ShoppingCart to handle our affiliate tracking. This system uses lifetime cookie tracking. The upgrade package will be on sale the entire time during pre-launch, so you will be able to make commissions immediately upon promotion.
